Pass-through FDLE, FBI, and AHCA amounts collected with civil fingerprint submissions. These are not LiveScan360 platform plan fees.
FDLE
Florida criminal history record check fees
Effective January 1, 2025. Electronic fingerprint submissions only — the FBI no longer accepts hard-card submissions. Exact ORI amounts can differ; confirm with FDLE Applicant ORI Fee Search or our searchable ORI directory.

FBI
FBI fingerprint fee
The FBI civil fingerprint channel fee is $28. Florida FDLE submissions that include a national check still use the FDLE federal amounts in the schedule above (often $12); standalone FBI channel submissions use the FBI fee.

AHCA
AHCA Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Florida AHCA Level 2 screenings for health care and related providers. Livescan provider service fees are separate from the Clearinghouse amounts below. FDLE notes that AHCA Clearinghouse participation fees can vary by pathway — confirm current requirements with AHCA.
New applicant screening

Paid to the Livescan provider at appointment
Includes state and national checks plus fingerprint retention in the Clearinghouse for 5 years. Provider service fees are separate.
Renewal screening

Paid through the Clearinghouse (check or card)
Required every 5 years to keep fingerprints active. Available starting 60 days before expiration.
Resubmission after employment gap
$12
Paid through the Clearinghouse
Required after a 90-day break in employment (effective January 1, 2025).
